Warranty Policy for CRBN Paddles

1. Duration: All CRBN paddles come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and poor workmanship, starting from the date of receipt.

2. Registration: Registration is necessary for warranty eligibility. Registration should be done within 14 days of purchase via this registration website

3. Original Purchaser Only: The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser, with proof of purchase required.

4. Assessment: CRBN reserves the right to determine if a paddle is covered under warranty and whether it should be replaced.

5. Exclusions:

   - Normal wear and tear, abuse, and negligence.

   - Unauthorized modifications.

   - Fading graphics or damage to the edge guard.

   - Damage from external objects (except pickleballs).

   - Purchases from non-authorized dealers.

Warranty Policy for Addict Paddles

1. Duration: Addict paddles have a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects and workmanship.

2. Exclusions are similar to the CRBN paddles, with an emphasis on contacting us for assistance despite these exceptions.

3. Proof of Purchase: Required for returns, do not return directly to the manufacturer.
